comScore, Inc. (NASDAQ: SCOR) released a press release today that reports that more than 113 billion searches were conducted in July 2009. They also reported that “Google sites leads global search market with 67 percent market share”.
The press release points out that Europe accounts for the highest share of searches, followed by Asia, then North America. Also interesting, is the percent gain in usage over the following year of 2008. Search is definitely on the rise my friends.
